Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. However, after this period, orders may already have been processed or shipped, making cancellation more difficult.
- You will get a confirmation call from our dispatch team before dispatching your shipment. Once your parcel is dispatched, it can’t be canceled.
Refund Process
- Our policy does not allow refunds for canceled orders; however, the product can be replaced. The credited amount will be transferred to your store wallet and can be redeemed or adjusted in your next order. Please note that the credited amount will remain valid for three months from the cancellation date.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped or products specially made for you cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on returning shipped items.
